MyRMP Program 3 Guidance Materials are designed to assist you in conducting a Process Hazard Analysis of a covered process at a retail facility. This online tool is designed to walk users through the process of identifying the potential hazards associated with a process and uses logic to promote the notation of mitigative actions and dates. A printed copy for documentation may be produced at the conclusion of the session. Follow these steps to perform a Process Hazard Analysis personalized to your facility.
Step 1.
Print a copy of the P-3 Worksheet for Anhydrous Ammonia. Use the list to identify all of the components used in your covered process.
Log off the website and follow the instructions printed on the worksheet. Log on the website after completing the worksheet and proceed to Step 2.
