OWENSBORO, Ky. — Asmark Institute announced today that Anne Botha has joined the organization as Head of Product, a newly created leadership role that will guide the strategy, development, and execution of Asmark’s expanding portfolio of software and technology solutions. She will report to Janet Salem, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.
Asmark created the Head of Product position as part of its continued investment in delivering innovative, industry-leading technology that helps agricultural retailers simplify environmental, health, and safety compliance while protecting their employees, operations, and communities. The organization serves thousands of agricultural retail locations nationwide through its integrated compliance platform, training programs, and regulatory expertise, helping clients confidently navigate complex OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements.
Anne brings extensive experience leading software products through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Most recently serving as Senior Product Manager at Arcurve, she has built a reputation for bringing clarity to complex challenges while accelerating product delivery through disciplined execution and AI-enabled development practices.
As Head of Product, Anne will lead Asmark’s Product team, overseeing product strategy, roadmap execution, stakeholder alignment, and the continued development of the organization’s industry-leading Compliance & Learning Management Systems. She will work closely with software engineering, operations, and executive leadership to ensure every product initiative delivers measurable value for agricultural retailers while supporting Asmark’s long-term strategic vision.
