Overview

Each employer is required to post Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) notices informing employees of the protections and obligations provided for in the OSH Act of 1970. These notices must be posted in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted. Each employer must take steps to ensure that these notices are not altered, defaced or covered by other material.
