Pete Mutschler, CSP, CPP, is a seasoned environment, health, and safety leader with over four decades of experience in operational safety, compliance, and training within the agricultural and cooperative sectors. He was Director of Safety and Environment for the Country Operations Division of CHS Inc., where he oversaw environmental and safety programs across hundreds of locations and led large teams focused on regulatory compliance and risk management. Pete has served on the Board of Directors for ResponsibleAg and now brings his expertise helping cultivate stronger safety cultures and professional development across the industry.
